REGIMENTAL COLORS - WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. "Regimental Colors" is a private, Minnesota registered partnership that sells reproductions of Civil and Mexican-American War flags.

2. "Regimental Colors" warrants customer satisfaction on all of our flags..If within 10 days from the date you receive your flag you decide to return it, "Regimental Colors" will, upon receipt of the undamaged flag, refund your money, including shipping charge and tax (Minnesota).

3. Regimental Colors will not guarantee delivery date of a flag as backlog or flag complexity will determine how long it will take. We will, however, give you a rough estimate of time upon reciept of your order or inquiry.

4. Each flag sold is commissioned by the customer. "Regimental Colors" does not carry a ready inventory of flags for distribution.

5. "Regimental Colors" will not guarantee the life expectancy of a flag. The conditions that the flag is exposed to once it leaves our studio will determine it's longevity. Heavy field use will expose your flag to more potential damage than one used in a display. Silk is a relatively fragile textile and will tear and rent much more easily than other materials. It is the historically accurate material to use but it was chosen then for the simple reason that it develops fully in a light breeze.

6. UPON ACCEPTANCE OF A PROPOSAL BY WRITTEN NOTIFICATION, PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT, OR PAYMENT IN FULL TO "REGIMENTAL COLORS", THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF "REGIMENTAL COLORS" TO REFUNDING THE DEPOSIT OR TOTAL PAYMENT MADE, WHICHEVER APPLIES, TO ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY "REGIMENTAL COLORS"

7. "Regimental Colors" reserves the right to cancel sales for any reason and return all monies paid.

8. All flags will be shipped in a secure PVC tube for protection. Flags will be insured for damage during shipment. USPS, UPS and FED-EX can be very creative in ways to challenge the integrity of a package on it's way to you. We take no chances. We want it to arrive in your hands in pristine condition.
